SITUATION AT 1200UTC
Vigorous flow associated with cold front near 44S077E 48S083E 51S080E at
220000UTC, near 45S085E 49S090E 51S086E at 220600UTC and then near 44S090E
49S096E 51S092E at 221200UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 44S080E 43S096E 50S099E 50S080E 44S080E.

FORECAST
Northwesterly quarter winds within 120nm east of cold front then shifting
westerly quarter throughout the affected area west of cold front. Rough to very
rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.

than the forecast, and stronger still in squalls and thunderstorms. Maximum
