  between 1 and 3 inches, with locally higher amounts and light ice 
  accumulations. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...The strong winds may down trees and power lines and 
  could cause sporadic power outages. Travel will be very difficult.
