...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN FULTON, NORTHERN INDEPENDENCE, CENTRAL 
IZARD AND SOUTHWESTERN SHARP COUNTIES...

At 1046 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a few showers and 
thunderstorms lingering across the warned area. Up to 4 inches of 
rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.
