At 931 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates indicate that 2 to 4 inches of rain have already fallen, with an additional 1 to 3 inches of rain possible over the next few hours. Additional redevelopment of thunderstorms later tonight and into Wednesday morning may bring even more rainfall to the area. Flash flooding will be possible at any time, with road closures likely and potential inundation of structures. Interests should continue to heed extreme caution and pay close attention to the situation. If encountering flooded roadways, turn around, don't drown!
