...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR BRYAN, BULLOCH, CHATHAM, EFFINGHAM, EVANS, LIBERTY, 
LONG, MCINTOSH, TATTNALL AND JASPER COUNTIES...

At 1004 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned 
area associated with Tropical Storm Debby. Between 4 and 7 inches of 
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Hinesville, Pooler, Bluffton, Richmond Hill, Reidsville, 
  Glennville, Tybee Island, Claxton, Pembroke and Darien.

This includes the following highways...
	I-16 between mile markers 122 and 168.
	I-95 in Georgia near mile marker 50...and
	between mile markers 47 and 49...and
	between mile markers 51 and 112.
	I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 2 and 5.
	I-516 between mile markers 3 and 9.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
