...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR JEFFERSON, SOUTHWESTERN KEOKUK AND VAN BUREN COUNTIES...

At 725 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered thunderstorms over 
parts of the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen 
over most of the area. Additional isolated rainfall amounts up to an 
inch are possible in the warned area through 10 am. With the recent 
heavy rainfall, locations impacted by isolated storms could 
experience rapid flooding of roads, along creeks, and low lying 
areas.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

  Fairfield, Keosauqua, Hedrick, Batavia, Birmingham, Milton, 
  Bonaparte, Libertyville, Stockport, Lockridge, Maharishi Vedic 
  City, Cantril, Packwood, Martinsburg, Pleasant Plain, Douds, 
  Leando, Bentonsport/Vernon, Abingdon and Farmington.
