...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM CDT EARLY THIS 
MORNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN, NORTHWESTERN GALLATIN, SALINE AND 
NORTHEASTERN WILLIAMSON COUNTIES...

At 136 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have ended 
across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain fell during 
the evening. Flooding impacts will continue to slowly subside 
through the remaining overnight hours.

HAZARD...Continued flooding of roads and low lying areas.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways,
         streets and  underpasses slowly improving.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Marion, Harrisburg, West Frankfort, Eldorado, Shawneetown, 
  Galatia, Ridgway, Equality, Pittsburg, Thompsonville, Carrier 
  Mills, Raleigh, Omaha, Junction and Muddy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
