If you are in the vicinity of a stream near the heavy rainfall, especially on a mountainside, or at the base of a mountain or in a cove, move immediately to a safer location. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. && LAT...LON 3629 8192 3621 8190 3607 8174 3596 8181 3600 8190 3588 8199 3582 8212 3584 8215 3593 8215 3595 8220 3601 8220 3599 8225 3605 8230 3603 8234 3608 8235 3607 8242 3616 8221 3615 8215 3610 8213 3612 8203 FLASH FLOOD...OBSERVED FLASH FLOOD DAMAGE THREAT...CATASTROPHIC EXPECTED RAINFALL RATE...2-3 INCHES IN 1 HOUR $$ ARK
