...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 430 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR 
ROWAN COUNTY...

The heavy rain has ended and flash flooding is no longer a threat. 
However, high flows persist along N Second Creek near Woodleaf and 
is flooding adjacent low-lying areas.  Therefore,
the Flash Flood Warning will be cancelled and replaced with a Flood 
Advisory.
