...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN DODGE AND SOUTHEASTERN COLFAX COUNTIES...

At 905 AM CDT, The heavy rains have ended. Between 2 and 3 inches 
fell ealier this morning. Flooding could be occurring in rural 
areas. Do not drive through flooded roads.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  North Bend, Rogers and Fishers Elementary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
