ROOSEVELT AND NORTHEASTERN CHAVES COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended. Elevated flows through creeks and arroyos 
as well as ponding of water on roadways will continue for the next 
few hours since up to 5 inches of rain fell over the area overnight. 
Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 900 AM MDT for portions of 
east central and southeast New Mexico.
