CENTRAL HARDING AND NORTHEASTERN SAN MIGUEL COUNTIES...

Thunderstorms with heavy rain are moving northeast out of the warned 
area. Flash flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. 
However, there could still be some minor flooding across low water 
crossing between Solano and Mosquero. Please continue to heed any 
remaining road closures.
