At 151 PM CDT, Up to 4 inches of rain fell earlier in the day around Mangum and Blair, with up to 2 inches over a larger area of southwest Oklahoma. Although there have not been reports of any flooding, it is likely that flooding of poor drainage and low lying areas is occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
