...FLASH FLOOD WARNING AT 3 AM CST EARLY THIS MORNING FOR EASTERN 
CANADIAN, SOUTH CENTRAL LOGAN AND WESTERN OKLAHOMA COUNTIES HAS BEEN 
REPLACED WITH A FLOOD WARNING...

Flash flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat, but high 
water may reamin in normally dry areas. Therefore, a Flood Warning 
has been issued for the same area, in effect until 515 AM CST. 
Please see that bulletin for more details.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CST Monday for portions 
of Oklahoma and northern Texas.
