...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR EAST CENTRAL OSAGE, NORTHEASTERN TULSA AND SOUTHERN 
WASHINGTON OK COUNTIES...

At 353 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. At least 
2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen with isolated locations around 6 
inches possible. Flash flooding is likely ongoing. Additional 
rainfall up to one inch is possible through 615 AM.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
