...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR SOUTHWESTERN CENTRE AND NORTH CENTRAL HUNTINGDON 
COUNTIES...

At 1108 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding from heavy 
rain that fell earlier this evening. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain 
have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional 
rainfall is expected.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  State College, Pine Grove Mills, Ramblewood, Rock Springs, Whipple 
  Dam State Park, Mcalevys Fort, Franklinville, Petersburg and 
  Pennsylvania State University.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
