...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR NORTHWESTERN SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY...

At 832 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has ended 
in northwest Susquehanna County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell 
earlier this evening. Flash flooding continues in many areas and 
will recede by late evening.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Friendsville, Brackney, Birchardville, Wyoanna and Middletown 
  Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
