...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 PM CST FOR
NORTHWESTERN SEVIER...MCCURTAIN...NORTHERN FRANKLIN...NORTHWESTERN
TITUS AND RED RIVER COUNTIES...

At 1015 PM CST, flash flooding from previous storms this evening 
will continue to slowly recede over the next couple of hours. The 
flash flood warning remains in effect through 1130 PM due to 
residual flooding.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Reports from local officials.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage 
         and low lying areas.

Some locations that are possibly experiencing flooding include...
Clarksville, Hagansport, Idabel, Broken Bow, Bogata, Bagwell,
Manchester, Wright City, Valliant, Detroit, Talco, Millerton, Annona,
Garvin, Rufe, Smithville, Hochatown, Watson, Mount Herman and
Woodland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
