WESTERN COLLIN, DALLAS, SOUTHEASTERN DENTON, NORTHWESTERN KAUFMAN, 
ROCKWALL AND NORTHEASTERN TARRANT COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended. This Flash Flood Warning has been replaced 
with an Areal Flood Warning. Flooding of low lying and/or poor 
drainage areas may continue for a few hours until the water has had 
a chance to recede. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1000 AM CDT for portions of 
north central and northeast Texas.
