...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 230 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR 
CENTRAL WAUPACA COUNTY...

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat for additional 
rainfall. However, a flash flood warning continues for areas 
downstream of the Manawa Dam due to its failure. Residents are urged 
to move to higher ground. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for portions of 
central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin.
