* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Manatee County in west central Florida...
  Northwestern Sarasota County in west central Florida...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 440 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Sarasota, Bradenton, Palmetto, Anna Maria, West Samoset, Sarasota 
  Bradenton Airport, South Bradenton, North Sarasota, Kensington 
  Park, Ellenton, The Meadows, Lakewood Ranch, Memphis, West 
  Bradenton, Saint Armands Key, Southgate, Sarasota Springs, Ridge 
  Wood Heights, South Sarasota and South Gate Ridge.
