  Northern Macomb County in southeastern Michigan...
  St. Clair County in southeastern Michigan...

* Until 945 AM EDT

* At 646 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or will begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Port Huron, Richmond, St. Clair, Imlay City, Romeo, Almont, Yale,
  Capac, Marysville, Armada, Memphis, Dryden, Emmett, Lum, Attica,
  Brockway, Columbus, North Street, Goodland Township and Lynn
  Township.

Additional rainfall amounts of around 1 inch are possible in the 
warned area.
