* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Bell County in central Texas...

* Until 800 PM CST.

* At 529 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 2 
  to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to 
  begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Temple, Belton, Morgan's Point Resort, Little River-Academy, Troy, 
  Belton Lake, Sparks, Heidenheimer, Oscar, Seaton, Oenaville, 
  Ratibor, Pendleton, Zabcikville, Belfalls, Airville, Woodland, Red 
  Ranger, Cyclone and Moffat.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
