The National Weather Service in Grand Junction  has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North central Daggett County in northeastern Utah...

* Until 615 PM MDT

* At 313 PM MDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
  rain and street flooding in Dutch John.
  Additional flash flooding is expected. 

* Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
  Daggett County.

This includes Dutch John and U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile 
markers 388 and 404.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency or the 
Grand Junction National Weather Service Office when you can do so 
safely.
