* Flash Flood Warning for...
  South central Walla Walla County in southeastern Washington...

* Until 1045 AM PST Friday.

* At 243 AM PST, emergency management reported that water will be 
  released from Mill Creek into areas west of Walla Walla producing 
  flash flooding.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Emergency management. 

  IMPACT...Flooding of roads, and fields as well as potentially 
           homes and businesses. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  College Place and Garrett. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
