The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of northern California, 
including the following areas, Central Sacramento Valley, Mountains 
Southwestern Shasta County to Western Colusa County, Northeast 
Foothills/Sacramento Valley, Northern Sacramento Valley and Shasta 
Lake Area / Northern Shasta County.

The flooding threat has ended and heavy precipitation has 
diminished. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 4 AM PST early 
this morning.
