COUNTIES REMAINS IN EFFECT THIS MORNING...

.A very moist air mass will bring rain, heavy at times, to 
Ventura and Los Angeles Counties this morning. 

Peak rainfall rates during this period are expected to be between
0.50 and 0.80 inches per hour. Isolated thunderstorms could
produce hourly rates of up to 1 inch per hour.

The heaviest rain has moved east of Santa Barbara County, so the
Flash Flood Watch has been cancelled.
