...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for the Kern county mountains has
been cancelled.  

Rainfall amounts of generally a tenth of an inch to a half
inch are expected over the region during the next 24 hours
and will not be significant enough to bring a threat of
flash flooding. 

However, high flows will continue along many streams and
creeks today and are expected to slowly recede today
through tonight.
