Des Moines, Henry IA, Iowa, Jefferson, Johnson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, 
Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren and Washington, and northeast Missouri, 
including the following areas, Clark and Scotland.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
