MO, Franklin MO, Iron MO, Jefferson MO, Madison MO, Reynolds MO, 
Saint Charles MO, Saint Louis City MO, Saint Louis MO, Sainte 
Genevieve MO and Washington MO.

Rainfall rates have decreased late this morning and the rain is 
expected to end this afternoon.   Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch
