following , District of Columbia, Maryland, including the following 
areas, Carroll, Central and Southeast Montgomery, Northwest Howard, 
Northwest Montgomery and Prince Georges, and northern Virginia, 
including the following areas, Arlington/Falls Church/Alexandria, 
Eastern Loudoun and Fairfax.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at 10 PM EDT this evening.
