The Flood Watch has expired for portions of southeast Maryland, 
including the following area, Dorchester, northeast North Carolina, 
including the following area, Northampton, and Virginia, including 
the following areas, Brunswick, Caroline, Charles City, Dinwiddie, 
Eastern Chesterfield (Including Col. Heights), Eastern Essex, 
Eastern Hanover, Eastern Henrico, Eastern King William, Eastern King 
and Queen, Gloucester, Greensville, James City, Lancaster, Mathews, 
Middlesex, New Kent, Northumberland, Prince George, Richmond, 
Southampton, Surry, Sussex, Western Chesterfield, Western Essex, 
Western Hanover, Western Henrico (Including the City of Richmond), 
Western King William, Western King and Queen, Westmoreland and York.

The immediate flooding threat has ended, however, additional 
localized heavy rainfall will be possible later today.
