...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The FLOOD WATCH for portions of Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan has been cancelled.

The threat for heavy rainfall has ended...and runoff into area
rivers and stream will be slowed or halted with the arrival of
below freezing temperatures today.

A Flood Warning remains in effect for the Rifle River near
Sterling in Arenac County. The river is expected to crest early
Saturday morning and is forecast to drop below flood stage Sunday.
