.Heavy rainfall has been moving southeast through southeast
Minnesota and western Wisconsin tonight. A quickened pace to the 
storms has limited initial impacts, having exited parts of
southeast Minnesota. A further 1 to 2 inches remains likely in
spots. Areas that have already received storms will be more
susceptible to localized flooding.
