The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central and 
northeast New Mexico, including the following areas, in east central 
New Mexico, Quay County. In northeast New Mexico, Eastern San Miguel 
County, Far Northeast Highlands, Harding County and Union County.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch will expire at 3 AM MDT early this morning.
