...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of central New York, 
including the following areas, Broome, Chemung, Delaware, Steuben, 
Sullivan and Tioga and northeast Pennsylvania, including the 
following areas, Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, 
Pike, Southern Wayne, Susquehanna and Wyoming.

The threat for additional flooding along our smaller streams and 
creeks has ended. The main stem Susquehanna and Chemung Rivers along 
with the Upper Delaware River will continue to rise overnight. River 
flood warnings have been issued for many points along these larger 
rivers in southern tier of NY, western Catskills and northeast PA.

Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
