The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Oklahoma, including the 
following areas, Comanche, Cotton, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, 
Jefferson, Kiowa, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including 
the following areas, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, 
Wichita and Wilbarger.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.
