including the following areas, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, 
Elk, McKean, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, 
Potter, Tioga and Warren.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.
