Clearfield, Cumberland, Elk, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Northern 
Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Perry, Potter, Snyder, 
Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming and Union.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch has expired.
