The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of central 
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Columbia, Dauphin, 
Lebanon, Montour, Northumberland, Schuylkill, Sullivan and Tioga.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch is being cancelled.
