Areas that are not typically impacted by floodwaters may flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Bands of heavy rain will continue to move across the Watch area through the morning. Flash flooding is ongoing across much of the area and additional rainfall of 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts is expected across much of the area.
