...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northwest and the 
Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, in northwest 
Texas, Bailey, Cochran, Crosby, Floyd, Garza, Hale, Hockley, Lamb, 
Lubbock, Lynn, Terry and Yoakum. In the Panhandle of Texas, Briscoe, 
Castro, Parmer and Swisher.

The widespread heavy rain, and thus the flash flooding threat, has 
ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being cancelled.
