The Flash Flood Watch will expire for a portion of Utah, including 
the following areas, Central Mountains, Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs, 
Capitol Reef National Park and Vicinity, Glen Canyon Recreation 
Area/Lake Powell, South Central Utah, Southern Mountains, Upper 
Sevier River Valleys, Lower Washington County and Zion National Park.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch will expire at 10 PM MDT this evening.
