...FLOOD WATCH HAS EXPIRED...

The Flood Watch has expired for portions of northeast North 
Carolina, including the following areas, Bertie, Camden, Chowan, 
Eastern Currituck, Gates, Hertford, Pasquotank, Perquimans and 
Western Currituck and Virginia, including the following areas, 
Chesapeake, Hampton/Poquoson, Isle of Wight, Newport News, 
Norfolk/Portsmouth, Northampton, Suffolk and Virginia Beach.

The immediate flooding threat has ended, however, additional 
localized heavy rainfall will be possible later today.
