.Heavy rainfall has been moving southeast through southeast
Minnesota and western Wisconsin tonight. A quickened pace to the
storms has limited overall impacts. Rain, heavy at times, will 
continue into central Wisconsin with an additional possible in 
spots. Areas that have already received heavy rain will be more 
susceptible to localized flooding.
