  low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

* WHERE...Chowan and Perquimans Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is possible in the most vulnerable
  locations near the waterfront and shoreline..
