* WHERE...Ward Lake Recreational Area.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 626 AM AKDT, Minor flooding is ongoing, especially near
    Ward Lake Recreational Area. Water levels are expected to
    gradually recede today.
