...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Alabama, including the following 
  county, Mobile.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 609 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with
    additional rainfall expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tillmans Corner, Theodore, Grand Bay, Bayou La Batre, I10 And
    I65, Irvington, Laurendine, Saint Elmo, Dixon Corner, Fowl
    River, South Orchard, Kirewakra, Belle Fontaine, Bayleys
    Corner, Smithport, Sunny Cove, Hollingers Island, Mon Louis,
    Faustinas and Mann.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
