Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 730 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in at least minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Talladega, Sylacauga, Leeds, Chelsea, Childersburg, Columbiana, Wilsonville, Goodwater, Rockford, Kellyton, Talladega Springs, Stewartville, Weogufka, Equality, Lincoln, Vincent, Harpersville, Westover, Oak Grove and Bon Air.
