  - At 8:45 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 4.5 feet. Less forecast
    rainfall amounts from Milton have decreased the river
    forecast and no longer reaches into flood stage.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 7.5
    feet Thursday morning.
